The ingredients needed to prepare Curd pulav:

  1. You need 1 cup of rice.
  2. You need 1 cup of curd.
  3. Take 1 of medium size onion chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 of tomato chopped.
  5. Take 1 of medium size potato chopped.
  6. You need 1 tsp of ginger and chilli paste.
  7. Use 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  8. Get 1/2 of mustard seeda.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of black pepper.
  10. Provide 4 of cloves.
  11. Prepare Pinch of asfotida.
  12. Prepare 4-5 of almonds.
  13. Prepare 4-5 of cashew.
  14. Take of Some raisins.
  15. Provide of Salt as per taste.
  16. Provide 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  17. Get 1/2 tsp of coarinder powder.
  18. Get 1/3 tsp of garam masala.
  19. Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  20. Provide 2 cup of water.

Instructions to make Curd pulav:

  1. First of all wash rice 2 to 3 times..
  2. Now heat oil in cooker, fry cashews and almonds..
  3. Further add onion cook till golden brown, now add tomato, potato green chillies and ginger and saute for 2 to 3 times..
  4. Further add spices and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add curd and rice and water and mix well and close the lid of cooker and cook till 2 whistle..
  5. Now curd pulav is ready to serve..

Curd is obtained by coagulating milk in a process called curdling. It can be a final dairy product or the first stage in cheesemaking. The coagulation can be caused by adding rennet or any edible acidic substance such as lemon juice or vinegar, and then allowing it to coagulate.
